We ship Internationally and offer various shipping methods at the checkout.

International shipping is calculated at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated on order weight & charged in your currency.

If you don’t see your country listed, please send us an e-mail or chat in and we are happy to look into this for you.

The timeframe for order delivery is divided into two parts:

 Processing time (2-3 days): 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

We do not ship on weekends – orders placed between Friday to Sunday will be shipped out within the next 1-2 business day.

If you choose priority shipping, we will pack and ship your order within the first 24 hours of you placing your order.

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. Your package will ship within 24 hours of receiving this tracking code.

Australian delivery usually takes about 7-10 business days.

International delivery Usually between 14 and 21 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time due to custom delays or holidays.

 Shipping Delays

During the COVID-19 pandemic & the holiday seasons, expect shipping and delivery delays.

Take note that once your package has been shipped, we do not have any control of the package location/delivery time. We will see the same tracking information that you see. If the tracking does not update for up to 5 business days, please send us an e-mail with your order information so we can contact the shipping carrier.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us prior to placing your order to find out the best shipping methods. We are not responsible for late deliveries.
